Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project materials, content, approvals, and access credentials necessary to complete the project.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines.

Project Changes

Any requests that fall outside the agreed project scope may require additional time, fees, or a revised proposal.

Snap Spark will communicate any changes before additional work begins.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.

Projects may require a deposit before work begins.

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of completed project deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified.

Snap Spark reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party software, plugins, themes, stock assets, and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Snap Spark is not responsible for outages, security breaches, data loss, hosting failures, software conflicts, or issues caused by third-party providers, plugins, themes, or services.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain website performance and security, no website can be guaranteed to be completely free from vulnerabilities or downtime.

Snap Spark does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, sales, or business results.
